SHIPPING METHODS
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS OR UPS.
USPS ORDER ARE PROCESSED WITHIN USPS SHIPPING DAYS OF MONDAY-SATURDAY. ALL SHIPPING METHODS ARE IN BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED CONTAINING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER(S). THE TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE ACTIVE 24 HOURS.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT. FOR ALL OTHER PURCHASES, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND WILL BE BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE.
CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES
DAILY PUFF LA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. ALL FEES IMPOSED DURING OR AFTER SHIPPING ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER (TARIFFS, TAXES, ETC.)
FAILED DELIVERY | RETURNED | ABANDONED PACKAGE | DAMAGED | OPENED BOX
IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (DAILY PUFF) AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL USPS FOR PICK UP. IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (DAILY PUFF) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS A PRODUCT DAMAGE, BROKEN, WRONG ITEM(S), ETC., PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY AND EMAIL THEM ALONG WIT HA BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM TO store@dailypuffla.com, AND THEY WILL ASSIST YOU IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IF YOU REFUSE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO DAILY PUFF AT YOUR EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.
PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.
